Constraint Bundle Networks and Standing Failure Non Locality
Abstract
This paper proves the non-locality of standing failure in constraint bundle networks. It shows that when standing fails at any point in a constraint network, the failure propagates across all overlapping bundles, rendering downstream claims globally inadmissible. Standing loss cannot be isolated, localized, or contained by architectural separation, modularization, or scope restriction. All proposed containment and repair strategies are eliminated by exhaustion. The result establishes standing failure as a network-level, irreversible condition rather than a local defect. No algorithms, workflows, or implementation guidance are provided.
