Light, Heat, Entropy, and Horizon Thermality as Redistribution Regimes in the ψ₀–OCM
Abstract
This priority paper presents a unified, mechanism-level interpretation of electromagnetic propagation, thermal radiation, entropy production, information loss, and horizon thermality within the ψ₀–OCM (Osborne Cosmological Model). Rather than treating light, heat, thermodynamics, and horizon effects as distinct domains connected only by formal analogy, the work shows that they arise from a single organizing distinction: whether electromagnetic redistribution remains unstabilized or becomes captured into stabilized degrees of freedom. A ψ₀-modulated electromagnetic sector is introduced, from which Maxwell electrodynamics is recovered exactly as a Redistribution-Locked Zone (RZL) closure. Planck blackbody radiation, entropy increase, and Unruh–Hawking temperatures are likewise shown to emerge as stabilization and accessibility limits, with all established experimental results preserved. The framework identifies bounded, testable deviation channels outside RZL regimes while maintaining strict recovery of standard physics where it is empirically verified.
