Abstract
This document introduces a bounded node-based vocabulary for the series,defining nodes, connections, compatibility, and the right to decouple.Its purpose is to enable limited local interoperability without creatingcentralized systems, irreversible integration, or enforced alignment.The document is non-technical, non-institutional, and contains noimplementation protocols or high-stakes operational guidance.
