CDIP v3.1 Month-4 Telomere Protocol Patch (v1.1) Event Boundary + Crisis Predicate + Anchoring Bundle (A+B+C)
Abstract
This patch hardens the CDIP v3.x Month-4 Telomere Protocol into an audit-ready and implementation-unambiguous subsystem by adding three sealing components: (A) a closed event boundary for telomere charging with deterministic event idempotence and replay suppression; (B) a computable crisis predicate specification committed by hash to eliminate interpretive ambiguity near the ε0 boundary; (C) an explicit anchoring bundle protocol binding to an external challenge nonce, enabling deterministic freeze-and-reset at Hayflick(v3.0)= ε0 without covert internal re-seeding. The patch is non-interfering: it does not modify CORE thresholds nor upstream gate sequences; it only constrains and records Telomere-layer behavior in a dedicated auxiliary namespace.
