CDIP v3.1 Month-4 Telomere Protocol Patch (v1.2)
Abstract
This addendum hardens the Telomere subsystem beyond the v1.1 (A+B+C) sealing components by completing items (D–H): (D) a deterministic, policy-committed definition of holonomy complexity comp(h ) with tie-resolution; (E) a strict safety boundary for optional “spore” mechanics to prevent telomere bypass; (F) an explicit non-interference interface contract between Telomere outputs and TAO/FQC ingestion (alerts-only, policy- gated sensitivity); (G) short correctness proofs for “no infinite silent self-modification” and non-interference; and (H) an engineering/audit appendix for replay logs and test vectors. This addendum is non-interfering: it does not modify CORE thresholds nor upstream gate sequences; it only constrains Telomere-layer behavior within PERIMETER_AUX/TELOMERE.
