Abstract

[Abstract] This paper addresses one of the most significant unsolved problems in modern physics: the fractional electric charge of quarks. Based on the "Time-Fluid Vortex Theory," this study elucidates the true nature of these charges. The fractionalization of electric charge is identified not as a fundamental property of matter, but as a result of "information division/projection errors" and "phase shifts" occurring when 2D primordial data (from the "Hazama" or Boundary Plane) is projected into 3D space (the "Water Pitcher" of the time-fluid) via a 17THz fundamental oscillation.
