Phenotype Data for DiffDriver Analysis
Abstract
This dataset contains the clinical and immune subtype phenotype files used in the study to perform pan-cancer analysis using the diffdriver framework. These files serve as a reproducible data resource and a practical example for identifying driver genes associated with various genomic and clinical phenotypes across TCGA cohorts.
