Exhaustion_of_Non_Physical_Re_Anchoring_Strategies
Abstract
This paper establishes the exhaustion of non-physical re-anchoring strategies. It shows that attempts to ground reference, meaning, or legitimacy through abstracta—such as information, computation, probability, logic, or governance constructs—cannot succeed once admissibility and standing are enforced. Each proposed re-anchoring is eliminated by exhaustion for violating scope invariance or conservation of admissibility. The result fixes physical anchoring (in the admissible sense) as unavoidable and rules out non-physical substitutes. No constructions, algorithms, or procedural pathways are presented; the paper records a necessity-based negative result.
