Irreversibility of Network Level Standing Failure
Abstract
This paper establishes the irreversibility of network-level standing failure. It shows that when standing fails within a constraint bundle network, the failure propagates across overlapping constraints and cannot be reversed by local correction, isolation, or restructuring. All proposed reversal and containment strategies are eliminated by exhaustion for violating conservation of admissibility. The result fixes network-level standing failure as a terminal, global condition rather than a recoverable state. No algorithms, remediation procedures, or implementation guidance are provided; the argument is strictly necessity-based and structural.
