Abstract

This paper derives no signaling as a logical corollary of standing, rather than as a physical postulate or dynamical constraint. It shows that any admissible system with standing-preserving reference cannot support superluminal or scope-transcendent signaling without collapsing admissibility. All alternative accounts that ground no-signaling in dynamics, probability, information flow, or enforcement mechanisms are eliminated by exhaustion. The result fixes no-signaling as a structural consequence of admissibility and standing, independent of particular physical theories. No algorithms, signaling protocols, or implementation guidance are provided; the argument is necessity-based and eliminative.
