Prohibition of Standing Preserving Admissibility Initiation
Abstract
This paper establishes the prohibition of standing-preserving admissibility initiation. It proves that admissibility cannot be initiated, conferred, or bootstrapped by any process, protocol, or declaration that already presupposes standing. All proposed initiation schemes—procedural starts, certification acts, governance grants, formal axiomatizations, or probabilistic thresholds—are eliminated by exhaustion for circularity or violation of conservation of admissibility. The result fixes admissibility as a boundary condition that must already hold, not a state that can be created. No initiation mechanisms, algorithms, or procedural pathways are provided; the argument is necessity-based and eliminative.
