Abstract

This paper establishes the non-repairability of standing failure in constraint bundle networks. It proves that when standing fails within a network of overlapping constraint bundles, no admissible repair is possible: failure propagates across overlaps and cannot be reversed by local fixes, modular isolation, reweighting of constraints, architectural changes, or governance overlays. All proposed repair strategies are eliminated by exhaustion for violating conservation of admissibility or scope invariance. The result fixes standing failure in constraint networks as terminal and global rather than correctable. No algorithms, repair procedures, or implementation guidance are provided; the argument is strictly necessity-based and eliminative.
