Constraint Bundle Transformations and Redescription Events
Abstract
This paper analyzes how changes in description occur within a closed admissible system without introducing new structure. It characterizes transformations as rebindings of constraint bundles and identifies redescription events as standing-preserving shifts in representation rather than dynamical or ontic transitions. By exhaustion, any putative transformation that purports to create new degrees of freedom, parameters, or causal mechanisms is shown to violate admissibility and fail closed. The treatment is purely structural and non-procedural: no algorithms, update rules, or operational pipelines are given. The result clarifies how apparent change and novelty are accommodated within a maximally closed admissible interior.
