Abstract
Reproducible analysis of publicly available international atomic clock (BIPM Circular-T) data using band-limited analytic phase extraction and strict walk-forward forecasting. Includes surrogate null testing and control bands to assess statistical significance of relative phase predictability between independent national laboratories.
