A Meta Bookkeeping Regime for Theoretical Description
Abstract
This paper introduces a meta-bookkeeping regime for theoretical description that classifies how admissible representations are organized without adding new primitives or constructive rules. It shows that theories function as bookkeeping projections over an admissible interior, and that apparent theoretical diversity arises from permissible redescription rather than from competing ontic structures. The argument proceeds by exhaustion: any attempt to treat the bookkeeping regime itself as generative or foundational collapses into inadmissibility. The treatment is declarative and non-procedural, placing on record the structural constraints that govern theoretical description while avoiding algorithms, workflows, or reconstruction guidance.
