C_8 Tensor Load Redistribution Failure Limits
Abstract
This paper analyzes tensor load redistribution as a constrained descriptive phenomenon within an admissible system and establishes strict limits on how such redistribution can occur without violating standing. Tensor load is treated structurally, not dynamically: redistribution reflects redescription pressure within fixed constraints rather than adaptive rebalancing or optimization. By exhaustion, any proposal that treats load redistribution as a repair mechanism, tuning process, or pathway to extension is shown to fail closed. The paper is declarative and non-procedural, recording the boundary at which redistribution terminates in standing failure rather than recovery.
