Envelope Conditional Physics What Remains After Maximality
Abstract
This paper examines what remains of physical description once maximal admissibility has been enforced. It shows that, after closure by exhaustion, physical content persists only in envelope-conditional form: descriptions are licensed relative to fixed admissible envelopes rather than as globally extensible or fundamental structures. The argument is eliminative and necessity-based: attempts to recover additional degrees of freedom, hidden parameters, or deeper dynamical layers are shown to violate admissibility and fail closed. The treatment is declarative and non-procedural, placing on record the residual structure of physics after maximal closure without introducing construction rules, algorithms, or operational criteria.
