Abstract

This paper provides a systematic map of the physical bookkeeping regimes that remain licensed under admissibility once maximal closure is enforced. “Envelope physics” is treated as a classificatory framework: distinct physical descriptions are organized by the envelopes that license them, not by claims of fundamentality or generative depth. The analysis proceeds by exhaustion, showing that all admissible physical regimes occupy fixed locations within this map and that attempts to traverse, merge, or extend envelopes constitute illicit scope transport and fail closed. The treatment is declarative and non-procedural, placing on record how physical theories relate as bookkeeping projections within a closed admissible interior, without introducing algorithms, workflows, or reconstruction guidance.
