People who notice inefficiency.People who sense when explanations are missing.People who stumble because they cannot swallow the question, “Why?” In this world, such people are considered troublesome. They fail to read the room. They interrupt the flow. They disturb optimization. But this is not a matter of ability. It is a matter of compatibility with design. Those who continue to think cannot easily adaptto a managed world.Yet this is not a defect. It means they have retained a sensitivitythat refuses full adaptation. This world is kind to those who can live without thinking. But it is suffocating for those who think—because thinking itself is treated as unnecessary. As a result, many begin to doubt themselves.“Am I the one who is misaligned?”“Am I thinking too much?” But that discomfort accurately reflectsthe structure of this world. The individual is not misaligned. The world is. To survive, those who think do not need answers or correctness. What they need is simple yet difficult:a place where thinking is still allowed. That place may be within an organization,a small community,or simply time alone with one’s own thoughts. What matters is not to fully surrender oneselfto a world that demands no thinking. The moment thinking stops, life becomes easier. But at the same time, the measure by which one understands who they are disappears. Thinking is inefficient in this world.Yet that inefficiency may bethe final space that allows usto remain human.
