Abstract

This paper enumerates and classifies the necessary failure modes of illegitimate systems under admissibility and standing conservation. Rather than treating failure as contingent malfunction or implementation error, it shows by exhaustion that illegitimate systems fail in structurally determined ways—through standing collapse, scope leakage, illicit repair attempts, or terminal inconsistency. No recovery pathways, mitigation strategies, or corrective procedures are proposed. The analysis is declarative and non-procedural, placing on record the invariant signatures by which illegitimacy manifests once admissibility has been violated.
