Information Architecture of the Universe (Protocol Zero): Unified Field Theory and the I=0.045 Constant.

This paper proposes a radical shift from material-based physics to Information-Centric Cosmology. We introduce Protocol Zero (P0), a fundamental algorithmic layer that precedes physical laws. We define the universe as a self-processing data architecture where matter is a high-level executable code. By introducing the Golden Connectivity Constant I=0.045cap I equals 0.045 𝐼=0.045 , we resolve the cosmological constant problem and provide a unified formula for mass-energy-information equivalence."This paper establishes the informational Lagrangian and the 4.5% connectivity constant as the basis for Universe 2.0 and 3.0."
