Abstract

This paper presents a periodic-table-style ledger of reality in which fundamental constraint species are classified by role, interaction capacity, and standing-preserving function, rather than by ontic substance or dynamical behavior. The table is not a generative schema or predictive tool; it is a classificatory closure artifact derived by exhaustion. Each constraint species occupies a fixed position determined by admissibility, and any proposed addition, mutation, or reclassification is shown to violate standing and fail closed. The treatment is foundational and declarative, placing on record a complete ledger of admissible constraint types without introducing construction rules, synthesis pathways, or operational usage.
