Unification and Embedding Programs as Illicit Scope Transport
Abstract
This paper establishes that unification and embedding programs constitute illicit scope transport under admissibility and standing conservation. By exhaustion, it is shown that attempts to unify disparate domains or embed one descriptive regime within another necessarily rely on unauthorized transfer of standing, hidden parameter transport, or implicit re-anchoring. Such moves are therefore inadmissible and fail closed, regardless of mathematical elegance or explanatory appeal. The result is purely negative and structural: it does not propose alternative unification strategies or embedding frameworks, but places on record that unification-as-a-program is incompatible with maximal closure. The treatment is declarative and non-procedural, avoiding any construction, mapping, or implementation guidance.
