Abstract

Description (Abstract) This work presents the Cosmic Recycling Mechanism in the Combined Intangible and Tangible Verse (CRM–CIT), a foundational transition-based framework describing how the Universe can evolve perpetually while strictly complying with the Mass Conservation Law. Within the CIT-Verse ontology, all cosmic change occurs through state-to-state transitions that redistribute mass, energy, and informational structure without net loss of total mass. CRM–CIT interprets large-scale cosmic evolution as a continuous process of structural reconfiguration and redistribution rather than creation or destruction of mass. This work is disclosed as a pre-formal, systems-level model intended to complement established cosmological theories. , Keywords Cosmic recyclingMass conservationFoundational cosmologyState-to-state transitionsCIT-VerseSystems physics , Version v1.0 , License Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)
