Abstract

This work describes a method for scaffold fabrication using a casting mold technique. PEG-GL is utilized as the bio-ink, while transglutaminase serves as the cross-linking agent. The introduction provides an analysis of toxicological risks in scaffold production, primarily those involving aldehydes. Subsequently, a fabrication algorithm based on this analysis is presented, which eliminates these risks at every stage of production.Note: This is an early-stage preprint. In the current revision, visual materials (Figures), as well as method validation are unavailable and will be included in subsequent updates.
