What is rewarded today isspeed, volume, reproducibility—in other words, predictable outcomes. Combined with institutions and AI,this evaluation logichas grown even stronger. Only what can be measured has value Only what can be compared survives What takes time to explain is excluded Within this structure, thinking becomes a disadvantage. Thinking is unpredictable. Its outcomes fluctuate. It resists quantification. Thus, the economytreats thinking as a cost. Metrics, KPIs, ROI—these tools are neutral. The problem ariseswhen nothing else is seen. Numbers were meantto support judgment.Gradually, they replaced judgment itself. At that point, people are described not bywhat they thought, but by what they produced. Meaning is postponed.Understanding is skipped.Only results remain. Ironically, the more unstable the economy becomes, the more urgently society seeksa redefinition of meaning. Why create? Why work? Why continue? These questionscannot be answered by numbers.Yet they inevitably returnwhen numbers fail. v2.1 does not reject the economy. It calls for its redesign. Not by abandoning metrics, but by restoring valueto what metrics cannot reach. Thinking is inefficient. But it is alsothe only actthat generates meaning.
