GlassCase™ Institutional Stress Mapper
Abstract
A browser-based diagnostic tool for mapping institutional stress signals over time using observable data. Companion documentation: https://glasscase.org/stress-mapper. Version note (v0.1): Decomposes institutional health into five subsystems, scores each on a 0–3 ordinal scale per period, and computes a weighted composite index mapped to four severity bands. Methodology grounded in OECD/JRC composite indicator design, Reason, Vaughan and Braithwaite. Includes interactive tool, methodology note and PDF archives.
