Abstract

Quantumised Möbius Spherons (QMS) is a state-centric framework for designing adaptive systems that prioritize continuous equilibrium, contextual coherence, and uncertainty-preserving behavior over discrete task execution. Rather than computing isolated answers, QMS models system behavior as ongoing state evolution toward stability, using established dynamical and stochastic principles. The framework is applicable across digital assistants, robotics, mobile devices, traffic control, and infrastructure systems where maintaining balance over time is more critical than episodic decision-making.
