Non Negotiable Failure Conditions of the Maley Corpus
Abstract
This paper enumerates the non-negotiable failure conditions under which the Maley Corpus is invalidated outright. These conditions are stated as necessity constraints derived from admissibility and standing conservation, not as preferences, safeguards, or design choices. Any violation—such as illicit redescription, scope transport, post-hoc repair, parameter smuggling, or process import at prohibited layers—results in terminal standing failure with no possibility of mitigation or recovery. The document is strictly declarative and eliminative: it introduces no procedures, enforcement mechanisms, or validation workflows. Its function is to place clear, auditable falsification criteria on record, fixing the corpus as brittle by construction and ensuring that its closure claims are objectively testable rather than rhetorically insulated.
