Abstract

Abstract This paper proposes SBCM v4.0, a dimensional expansion of "Governance Engineering"—previously established for regional resource cycles (v2.0) and planetary geometric equilibrium (v3.0)—into a four-dimensional spacetime manifold. As humanity transitions into a multi-planetary civilization, contemporary economics faces the "Gravity Well Fallacy," which erroneously treats physical distance as a linear cost. We introduce the spacetime metric gμν, based on General Relativity, as a direct economic metric, defining a cost function that integrates gravitational potential and proper time differentials. Furthermore, we propose the "Stellar Energy Standard," grounding the root of value in the star's energy output L⋆. We construct a mathematical model for "Spacetime Impedance Matching," where communication lags caused by the speed of light are treated as "inductance" within an electronic circuit framework. This research defines the technical specifications for a "Stellar OS"—a governance protocol designed to control the inertia of information and the flux of mass across multi-planetary systems, preventing structural buckling (conflict) through physical boundary conditions.
