Abstract

his paper establishes that standing collapse is equivalent to identity loss, not merely to error, inconsistency, or incorrectness. Once admissibility is violated, the affected object, claim, or system no longer preserves the identity required for legitimate reference; it does not persist in a degraded or weakened form, but ceases to be the same entity altogether. The analysis is strictly structural and eliminative, introducing no recovery mechanisms, repair strategies, or graded failure semantics. By equating standing collapse with identity loss, the paper closes the conceptual space for partial legitimacy, post-hoc correction, or continuity through violation, and fixes illegitimacy as a terminal, identity-destroying condition.
