Abstract

Myominaung Unified Theory (MUT) v4.4: Relativistic & Time Effects provides formal derivations and quantitative verification of relativistic phenomena within the MUT v4.0 framework. In this paper, time dilation and relativistic corrections emerge deterministically from scalar frequency modulation in the Photon Sea, rather than from spacetime curvature postulates. The work demonstrates how local time arises from the inverse of scalar frequency and how both motion and gravitational potential shift this frequency, producing relativistic time dilation consistent with special and general relativity. Awareness pulse dynamics are introduced as the operational mechanism governing observed clock rates, Doppler shifts, and gravitational redshift.Numerical examples are provided across atomic, galactic, and cosmological scales, confirming that MUT reproduces classical relativistic predictions while offering a deeper physical interpretation rooted in frequency-fluid dynamics. This paper functions strictly as a proof companion to MUT v4.0, completing the relativistic layer of the framework without introducing new assumptions.Together with v4.1 (constants), v4.2 (Photon Sea phenomenology), and v4.3 (MATE Master Equation), v4.4 establishes the full consistency of time and relativity within the MUT formalism.
