CYBERCRIME: THE PROBLEM AND SOME WAYS TO SOLVE IT
Abstract
The article examines the theoretical foundations of interaction between international and national law in combating cybercrime. It analyzes the nature and specific features of legal norms regulating this area, as well as mechanisms of their interaction and mutual influence. The article emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive approach and effective cooperation in countering cybercrime in the context of globalization.
