Abstract

This document presents concise, structured answers to the fundamental questions of chemistry from the perspective of the Flexion framework. Rather than introducing new reaction models, bonding theories, or predictive tools, the work clarifies when chemical reasoning itself is structurally meaningful, why it applies where it does, and where it necessarily ceases to apply despite ongoing transformations. Chemistry is treated as a contingent structural regime of matter that emerges, persists, and disappears under specific conditions. The answers address the role of limited reversibility, historical differentiation, chemical memory, stability, equilibrium, and the boundaries between physics, chemistry, and biology. This work is diagnostic rather than predictive. It does not replace chemical theory or practice. Instead, it defines the conceptual scope and limits within which chemical description remains valid.
