Abstract

Based on the Line Universe Theory, this paper establishes a complete numerical simulation system for plasma instabilities that spans from 1D validation and 2D benchmarking to 3D applications. The 1D model verifies the fundamental mechanism of energy-topology coupling. The 2D model reveals the basic laws governing the formation and evolution of magnetic islands. The 3D model fully reproduces toroidal rotation, helical structures, and cross-scale energy transport in tokamak geometry. Through the stepwise validation of multi-scale simulations, we confirm that plasma instabilities within the Line Universe framework are essentially phase transition processes of the topological field. Notably, the 1D simulation validates an optimal confinement window at φ=0.75, the 2D simulation reveals a scaling relation between magnetic island width and (1−φ)1/2, and the 3D simulation predicts for the first time the existence of "topological helical waves". This work demonstrates the theoretical self-consistency from simplified models to full 3D applications, providing a complete toolchain from principle validation to engineering design for the optimization of fusion devices.
