Notebooks of Visual Analytics as a Cognitive Microscope in Elite Chess

This repository provides the notebooks, data, and supporting material used in Notebooks of Visual Analytics as a Cognitive Microscope in Elite Chess. It is intended as a reproducible research artifact for visual analytics and exploratory data analysis of large-scale chess game collections, primarily based on PGN datasets. All code, notebooks, and datasets required to reproduce the analyses are included.The directory /motor_ejecutable/ and the executable file Stockfish.exe are intentionally not distributed with this repository. They are excluded to avoid potential licensing, redistribution, or third-party usage constraints associated with chess engine binaries. Users wishing to reproduce engine-based analyses can independently obtain a compatible version of the Stockfish engine from its official distribution channels and place the executable in the expected directory structure. This design choice ensures legal clarity while preserving full reproducibility of the analytical workflow.
