Physics-Informed Eigen-Solution Neural Network, Dataset for benchmark
Abstract
This dataset contains spatially resolved eigen-mode displacement fields of multimodal MEMS ultrasonic array elements used for training and validation of physics-informed eigen-solution neural networks. The mode shape fields are provided in normalized form and are sufficient to reproduce the physics-informed training procedure and results reported in the associated publication.
