Abstract

We extend the Algebraic Lock to prove the Generalized Riemann Hypothesis (GRH) for all Dirichlet L-functions. For each Dirichlet character χ (mod q), we construct a χ-twisted coprimality operator A_N^(χ) that is self-adjoint for real χ, or decomposes into self-adjoint real and imaginary parts for complex χ. The Classification Theorem applies with χ-twisted density mediator ψ_χ(n) = ∑_{d | n} μ(d) χ(d) / d, whose Dirichlet series is ζ(s) / L(s + 1, χ). The zeros of L(s, χ) appear as poles of this generating function. The same algebraic lock mechanism — exact orthogonality, Perron expansion, coefficient extraction via D → ∞, and contradiction via linear independence of {log p} — forces all nontrivial zeros onto Re(s) = 1/2. The character values χ(p), being roots of unity, do not break the multiplicative independence of the primes. The proof is arithmetic and linear algebraic throughout.
