Low Radiation Tax, Space-Phase Memory, and the Gentle Herding of Matter
Abstract
In the SP3 (Space-Phase 3) framework, matter and energy are understood as differentcoherence regimes of a single underlying space-phase medium. Radiation representsdecohered former matter, while matter corresponds to phase-saturated configurations.Cosmological redshift is interpreted as a small but persistent energy tax paid bypropagating radiation and deposited into space-phase as conditioned memory. Using E =mc² as a direct equivalence of coherence states rather than a conversion rule, we show thatonly a small fraction (~1/200) of matter has undergone the cycle matter → radiation →space-phase storage over the past ~12 billion years. This low tax rate is essential: it allowsspace-phase to accumulate memory without dissolving matter, thereby enabling a gentle,long-term herding of matter along historically conditioned pathways. We argue that thisprocess naturally explains large-scale cosmic structure without invoking particulate darkmatter, while remaining consistent with General Relativity’s geometric description ofmotion.
