Abstract

The kitchen renovation project involved restoring the wooden floor and installing a quartz countertop—two interdependent stages that required precise planning. Managing such a project involves detailed budget planning, risk assessment, a clear sequence of work, and strict quality control. Andrii Klubov, born in 1984 in Debaltseve, was appointed project manager. He has a degree in computer systems engineering and was an entrepreneur until 2023, when he moved to the United States and founded Quality House LLC, where he currently holds the position of Project Manager [1]. Andrii's experience in the comprehensive implementation of construction projects helps to manage the budget and risks of reconstruction.
