This release contains the code for our master's thesis: "Modeling and Predicting Wood Decay Using Dynamical Systems and Machine Learning". Included: Python scripts for data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation Jupyter notebooks demonstrating usage and visualization Dependencies: Python 3.11 Required packages are listed in requirements.txt This release corresponds to version 1.0 of the thesis code. Future updates will be versioned separately.
