Abstract
This paper contributes to the literature by analyzing the principle of religious freedom in a post-secular society. It examines the constitutional guarantees, the balance between individual rights and public space, and the challenges of legal pluralism in contemporary Italy. The study provides a systematic reflection on the role of the Constitution in protecting fundamental rights within a pluralistic and evolving social context.
