Abstract

Solar activity is profoundly impactful to the existence of terrestrial life; however, the mechanism of biophysical transduction remains poorly quantifiable. The Solar-Carbon Resonance model was developed, validated, and shown to describe the nonlinear coupling between geospace and biolog-ical systems using the second derivative of the magnetic induction flux density. An analysis of 9601 synchronized records (heliospheric X-ray flux, geomagnetic jerk d^2B/dt^2, and cardiovas-cular autonomic variability) enabled the quantification of the integrated resonance function R(t)= Φ · [(d^2B/dt^2)^2 + α·F] · [M/B0^2] which correlated (Pearson r= 0.5479; p< 10^-10) with a consistent 5 hour delay relative to the geomagnetic jerks. The carbon-12 nucleus is proposed to be responsible for geomagnetic "snap" induced cardiovascular decoherence through triple-alpha Hoyle State sensitivity to electromagnetic fields within microtubules acting as wave guides and independent of circadian phase (r_circadian= 0.52 – 0.56). The velocity domain coupling (rv= 0.41; p< 10^-6) and 1/f frequency spectral characteristics clearly demonstrate a direct dynamic energy transfer from geospace to biological systems. In addition, the correlation coefficient be-tween the geomagnetic jerk and the cardiovascular response remained constant despite an 8 fold increase in jerk intensity at high latitude auroral regions indicating a universal receptivity of the biosphere to fluctuations in the magnetic field centered around the 12 C lattice. A predictive med-icine framework ("heliopredictive medicine") and a global 5 hour biosphere warning system were established based upon these findings with implications for bio-electromagnetic shielding (BES) during the AR4366 solar maximum.
