Abstract

The present paper demonstrates that the incompleteness of current physical models, including the seven Millennium Prize Problems, stems from the use of a circular constant (π classical ≈ 3.14159) specific to a flat Euclidean space. We prove, via the PR-TAU 5.2.3 formalism, that the intrinsic rigidity of the vacuum (ϵ) imposes a real operational constant KGeo ≈ 3.1434. This geometric rectification allows for the unification of number theory, fluid dynamics, and particle physics.
