Abstract

This document presents a formal and unidirectional correspondence between a set of collective governability laws and an independently developed fractal architecture integrating a human veto mechanism. The purpose of this work is not theoretical fusion, but structural clarification. The collective laws operate at a universal level, describing conditions of saturation, loss of governability, and irreversible transitions in recursive systems. The fractal veto-based model is situated as a local architectural instantiation that becomes intelligible when interpreted through these laws. The hierarchy of explanation is made explicit, attribution is unambiguous, and no reversed dependency is introduced. This document serves as an official reference for discussions concerning the relationship between collective dynamics laws and fractal architectures integrating non-computable human veto mechanisms.
