DBS Loan Amortization Engine: Python Financial Model
Abstract
A Python-based financial calculator designed to simulate mortgage amortization schedules. This tool calculates monthly repayment breakdowns (Principal vs. Interest) based on standard loan structures used by banks like DBS. Developed as a Fintech portfolio project to demonstrate algorithmic logic in finance.
