Abstract

HASTE (Humanism–Art–Science–Technology–Engineering) is an original conceptual framework that proposes a non-commutative, genealogical order for human education and action. Unlike STEM and its variants, HASTE is not an additive disciplinary model but an ontological and pedagogical sequence in which each stage is a condition of possibility for the next. The framework asserts the primacy of humanistic formation and aesthetic sensibility as foundations for scientific inquiry, technological development, and engineering responsibility. By re-signifying the English word “haste,” the proposal critiques ungrounded technocratic acceleration and argues for ethically grounded action. HASTE is presented as a minimal yet rigorous philosophy of formation suitable for education, science, and engineering contexts.
