Abstract

This record defines the canonical system lexicon for the Canon-to-Operations Translation (COT) framework introduced in DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18526875. This record provides the canonical lexicon and multilingual terminology crosswalk supporting the Canon-to-Operations Translation (COT) framework (see DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18526875). It stabilizes core terms used in the method: corpus declaration, claim typing, ontology (nodes and typed relations), operationalization into decision primitives, Explicit STOP (including HARD STOP and non-deflectability), and audit packaging (audit artifacts, bundles, and change logging). English is the sole canonical language for citation and indexing. Chinese terms are provided as an authorized terminology crosswalk to support future aligned 1:1 translation layers. Hungarian and German equivalents are study/working aids and are not normatively binding.License: CC BY 4.0.
