Zenodo Release — Paper 59: An Executable Constraint Framework and Constants Map v2.0 Title Admissibility Physics: An Executable Constraint Framework and Constants Map v2.0 — Single-Axiom Reduction and Crystal Analysis Authors E. S. Brooke Description Paper 59 v2.0 presents the Admissibility Physics Engine (v3.7) together with a Complete Constants Map: a systematic, auditable accounting of 54 fundamental physical quantities across gauge structure, matter content, spacetime, electroweak relations, cosmology, gravity, and quantum structure. Every quantity is labeled by derivation status, regime dependence, and falsifiability. The engine implements finite enforceability and non-additive composition as executable constraints — admissibility checking, not parameter fitting. What's new in v2.0 Single-axiom reduction. The framework now formally reduces to one axiom plus two definitions: One axiom: A1 — Finite Enforceability Two postulates: M (multiplicity: |D| ≥ 2), NT (non-triviality: heterogeneous costs) Derived: A3 (locality) via L_loc, L_nc (non-closure) via A45, A4 (irreversibility) via L_irr, L_col (collapse) via A45 The hierarchy is: 1 principle → 1 axiom + 2 postulates → 3 operational axioms → 5 operational axioms. Each level is a different resolution view of the same structure. No level contradicts any other. Import category emptied. All mathematical imports (Kochen-Specker, GNS, Skolem-Noether, Lovelock, etc.) reclassified as pure mathematical infrastructure. The coupling constants α(M_Z) and α_s(M_Z) upgraded from C_import to P_structural — the RG mechanism is now derived (T20–T21) and β-coefficients are experimentally confirmed to 10⁻⁴. Enforcement Crystal v2. The theorem dependency DAG has been fully reconstructed from the v3.7 engine: Metric v1.0 (5-axiom) v2.0 (3-axiom) v2.0 (1-axiom) Total nodes 56 61 63 Total edges 164 189 195 Max depth ~13 19 22 Paths to sin²θ_W 1,398 3,181 8,971 Axiom load evenness 0.98 1.00 1.00 The prediction funnel is 6.4× more over-determined than v1.0. The gauge bottleneck (T_gauge at width 1) is preserved exactly. Constants Map — Completeness snapshot Category v1.0 (Engine 3.6) v2.0 (Engine 3.7) Proven [P] 23 25 Regime-gated [P_structural] 10 12 Import-gated [C] 2 0 (closed) Testable 2 2 Open gaps 15 15 Total tracked 52 54 Coverage 35/52 (67%) 39/54 (72%) Changelog from v1.0 Single-axiom reduction: new Section 3.1 with L_irr, L_loc proof sketches, executable witnesses, and countermodels New Section 7: Enforcement Crystal dependency analysis with comparative metrics table Engine upgraded: v3.6 → v3.7, theorems: 52 → 60, assertions: 248 Import category emptied: α(M_Z) and α_s(M_Z) upgraded to P_structural Born rule, CPTP maps, Hilbert space added as explicit [P] entries in constants map Sections 3.2–3.5 updated with derived-lemma status tags All "five axioms" language replaced with reduction hierarchy GitHub link updated to v3.7 Added Appendix B (Open Gaps table) and Appendix C (Version History) Falsifiability The framework contains zero continuous free parameters. All derived quantities are discrete ratios, integer partitions, or forced algebraic identities. Failure in one sector cannot be compensated by tuning another. Two explicit testable predictions remain: neutrino mass type (Majorana, via C_total = 61) and null WIMP detection (dark matter as unlabeled geometric capacity). Admissibility Physics derives the Standard Model gauge group, fermion content, quantum formalism, Lorentzian spacetime, the Einstein field equations, the cosmological constant, and the neutrino, strong-CP, and dark sectors from a single assumption — that enforcement is finite at every causally connected region — with zero free parameters. The core derivation runs Papers 0–11; the extension papers carry the individual sectors. Each paper's main text and Technical Supplement is deposited separately, and every quantitative claim traces to a named, executable check in the public theorem bank (over 3,800 bank-registered theorems across roughly 450 modules, 48 quantitative predictions).
