Culture and Security in the Niyaee Planetary City (volume four)
Abstract
In the planetary city, security and culture evolve as interdependent pillars that sustain stability and identity within a highly interconnected and technologically advanced urban system. Security extends beyond traditional physical protection, incorporating intelligent monitoring systems, predictive governance, and cyber-physical resilience to safeguard both digital and spatial infrastructures. This integrated approach enables the planetary city to anticipate risks, manage crises, and maintain continuity in complex and rapidly changing environments. Simultaneously, culture in the planetary city emerges as a dynamic and adaptive force shaped by global interactions, digital creativity, and multicultural coexistence. Cultural expression transcends geographical limitations, fostering shared values, creative collaboration, and inclusive social participation. Together, security and culture create a balanced urban ecosystem where technological trust, social harmony, and cultural diversity reinforce one another, strengthening the collective identity and long-term sustainability of the planetary city.
